As it is summer construction is at its peak in central new york. In addition, Destiny appears to be ebginning which will even make the work force larger. Construction site accidents can be serious and even deadly. If you are involved in such an accident you will be entitled to Workers Compensation but also may have a claim for pain and suffering. It is very important to discuss these issues...

Unfortunately time and time again those who are supposed to assist you become your worst enemy. Medical records are a very good example.
