Unfortunately in todays legal climate juries and people in general are suspicious of car accident slip and fall victims construction worker accident and lawsuits in general. After representing injured victims for over 25 years it is important if you have been injured in an accident to document who was responsible by pictures witnesses and by whatever means possible. Make sure that any police or other investigators do their job and get your story correct. You can be sure that the insurance company lawyers will contest every fact.

You must also document and demonstrate all your injuries with your doctors and by keeping your own records. Remember you may need to recall specific events and conversations. People forget doctors make lots of mistakes. it also helps if family and friends can document your injuries and limitations.
Medical malpractice cases require more documentation and you always need to question what is going on. And remember you can always consult a lawyer if you have any questions
