Once again last night five teenagers died in a car accident near Rochester. Apparently, the driver overcorrected after a passing maneuver and went into the lane of a tractor trailer. However the case remains under investigation.

We have had numerous tragedies involving high school students in the past few months. I am not that far removed to remember what it was like being a teen and the risks we all took driving. However, it is getting to a point where we have to address these deaths either through additional instruction or a increased driving age. Please veryone be careful and stay safe on the roadways.
