The never ending propaganda war goes on. This latest tirade is a other example of the ongoing distortions. The jury system works very well If claims are not allowed by law they do not go forward. If the law recognizes a claim then it it up to a jury to decide what is correct.It is not up to insurance company and big business to decide.If we let that happen we all know what the results will be for those hurt in car accidents falls or when on the job.
