The accident today in Oswego countyJoseph Kanaley, 64, of Martville, was driving a 1995 GMC south on county Route 34. He stopped at the stop sign at state Route 104 and then continued into the path of a 2005 Ford tow truck. The driver of the tow truck, Lawrence Curtis, 46, also of Martville, was westbound on state Route 104. Curtis was not hurt. Kanaley was taken to A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton for non life-threatening injuries. State police ticketed Kanaley with failing to yield the right
