Don't be mislead about lawsuit abuse

The US Chamber of Commerce has been filling the airwaves with ads about lawsuit abuse.When looked at closely the ads contain misleading information at best for example FactCheck.org labels as "false" the TV spot alleging that "lawsuit abuse" costs each U.S. family $3,500 a year. Other aspects of the campaign have been harshly critical of seeking to harm those least able to protect themselves,people injured in car crashes slip and falls and anyone suffering a serious injury because of someones negligence. Please do not be mislead.
