It is finally that time of year in Syracuse and I am sure we are all ready to enjoy the summer after a somewhat losy winter. However, we need to do so safely. Every year news articles document injuries and deaths on our lakes and rivers. We need to boat responsibly, watch for swimmers and jet ski's and if operating a jet ski do so safely and responsibly. Please refrain from drinking and driving as operating craft on the water can even be more dangerous than operating a motor vehicle. Please also take advantage of the safety classes and make sure you are certified
