Upstate New york has been ravaged over the last several years by tragic car accidents involving teenagers - the latest being two F-M students. It would be nice if their was an easy solution but there is not. Education and training is the best way to show young drivers the risks and dangers of operating cars motorcycles trucks snowmobiles and ATVs. As an attorney handling personal injury claims we see the tragic results. It is impossible to change things after they happen so they old adage an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Bad driving of motorized vehicles is not limited to young people. We are involved with trying to help people of all ages who have been devastated by the negligent driving of others. We all need to be alert watch out for others. No one ever wants to need the services of a personal injury attorney after a bad injury. Broken bones brain injuries and trauma leave permanent scars. As lawyers, when our clients are hurt we try to recover damages that fix what can be fixed, help what can be helped and be compensated for what can't be fixed or helped.
