The news is full of stories about the 65,000,00.00 pants lawsuit. It is being used by the insurance industry and those seeking to limit the rights of injured people as an example of a "frivolous lawsuit"ABC News
This is not news. The claim is a joke and has no relationship to the judicial system. Our system allows people to attempt stupid things but they are appropriately punished if they are "frivolous".This is a foolish commercial dispute and should not be used to justify in away limiting the rights of the injured by negligent doctors drivers construction site owners and all who cause harm by negligent and careless actions. Speak out do not be fooled.
