A Louisiana town has passed an ordinance against baggy pants. With all the issues and concerns we have in our country should our elected representatives be spending time with that issue? Much legislation is need that can benefit our citizens we need to focus on those issues not nonsense.

As The weather worsens construction site become more dangerous. Ice ,water,mud, and snow can make work difficult. The owner of a work site must take reasonable precautions to make a job safe. If a dangerous condition exists make a record of your concerns. If you get hurt document the conditions and the cause of your fall. Unfortunately time and time again those who are supposed to assist you become your worst enemy. Medical records are a very good example.
