Many from the insurance industry and project development have advocated a change in the laws that protect workers injured from unsafe construction practices.A recent accident shows how dangerous construction can be. All loss who work in construction and are concerned about safety should insist that the laws are made stronger not weaker. Become involved so that the workers right to sue for unsafe construction practices will not be lost. I the law are changed worker hurt on a construction site may not be able to recover in court for the injuries that they have suffered.
