This will protect you and other if you are involved in a car crash. Make sure your homeowners coverage has sufficient policy limits so year are covered for any slip and falls or other accidents. Many from the insurance industry and project development have advocated a change in the laws that protect workers injured from unsafe construction practices.A recent accident shows how dangerous construction can be. All loss who work in construction and are concerned about safety should insist that the laws are made stronger not weaker. Become involved so that the workers right to sue for unsafe construction practices will not be lost. I the law are changed worker hurt on a construction site may not be able to recover in court for the injuries that they have suffered.

A Louisiana town has passed an ordinance against baggy pants. With all the issues and concerns we have in our country should our elected representatives be spending time with that issue? Much legislation is need that can benefit our citizens we need to focus on those issues not nonsense.

As The weather worsens construction site become more dangerous. Ice ,water,mud, and snow can make work difficult. The owner of a work site must take reasonable precautions to make a job safe. If a dangerous condition exists make a record of your concerns. If you get hurt document the conditions and the cause of your fall. New York Law gives special protections to those hurt on a construction project. Even with the special protection it can be very difficult to bring a claim without proper proof.

As I have discussed previously the law regarding workers compensation benefits in New York Has been changed significantly. In addition to the gradual elimination of lifetime benefits other important changes affecting every injured worker in all situations. It is more important for workers who are injured in car crashes construction sites or in any manner that is caused by someone other than his employer.

New rules have been put in place for all injured workers in the filing of claims. If you are an injured worker it is important to protect your rights and to investigate how and why your injury happened as soon as possible.
